Im trying the application of CBM to see if I will feel the difference...
So, if 15 min a week is the initial time to aim for, I would need a timer that gives the total of minutes/week -- not just a running total! Same when I switch to the recommended "maintenance level" of 5 min/week.
Also, the collection of photos is obviously small and reusing them in black and white doesnt fool anyone. It feels like in time it becomes a simple visual memory test...
